Cookie policy

How cookies and similar technologies may be used on the Vexvon website.

Effective date: 31 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how VEXVON LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on vexvon.com and related web properties. It should be read together with the Vexvon Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs or scripts. They can help a website operate, remember settings, understand usage, prevent abuse and measure marketing.

2. Categories of technologies we may use

Strictly necessary. These technologies are required for core website or account functionality, such as security, authentication, session management, load balancing, fraud prevention and saving privacy choices. Where applicable law permits, these may operate without optional consent because the requested service cannot function properly without them.

Functional. Functional technologies may remember preferences such as language, interface choices or previously selected settings and may support customer-service or communication features.

Analytics. Analytics technologies may help Vexvon understand how visitors use the website, which pages are viewed, how users arrive at the site, and where performance or usability can be improved. Where consent is legally required, analytics technologies will be activated only after the relevant consent.

Advertising and marketing. If Vexvon uses advertising or retargeting technologies, they may be used to measure campaigns, understand conversions, limit repeated advertising or show more relevant advertising. Where required by law, these technologies will be subject to prior consent.

3. First-party and third-party technologies

Some technologies may be operated directly by Vexvon, while others may be provided by third parties that support hosting, security, analytics, advertising, communications or other website functions. Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy terms where they act independently.

4. Current provider disclosure

Vexvon's website technology stack may change as analytics and advertising tools are introduced or replaced. Vexvon will update this Policy or its cookie-preference interface to identify material optional analytics or advertising providers when they are enabled.

This Policy intentionally does not state that a specific advertising or analytics provider is active unless Vexvon has confirmed that the provider is actually deployed.

5. Consent and preferences

Where required by applicable law, Vexvon will request consent before placing or accessing non-essential cookies or similar technologies. Users should be able to accept optional technologies, reject non-essential technologies, or manage available categories through the cookie-preference mechanism where provided.

Consent can be withdrawn or changed for future use through the available cookie settings. Browser settings may also allow users to block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may affect website functionality.

6. Cookie duration

Some cookies expire when the browser session ends. Others may remain for a defined period to remember preferences or measure usage. Duration depends on the purpose and provider. Vexvon aims to retain optional identifiers only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.

7. Do Not Track and similar signals

Browser and device privacy signals are not implemented consistently across all services and jurisdictions. Vexvon will respond to legally required preference signals where applicable and technically supported.

8. Changes to this policy

Vexvon may update this Cookie Policy when website technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this document identifies the current version.
