One unified inbox
Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok and your website chats in a single list. Search works on names, numbers and even the text of a message.
Messages arrive from five separate places and one person is expected to answer them all. Vexvon brings them onto one screen and handles most of the replies itself — knowing your prices, your products and your rules.
Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok and your website chats in a single list. Search works on names, numbers and even the text of a message.
The bot answers from your knowledge base. Whichever language the customer writes in, the reply comes back in that language — it works the language out for itself.
Your website, your PDF documents, your product catalogue and your past conversations — the bot uses all of them as sources.
The name, number, appointment date and any other fields you define are pulled out of the conversation. The moment a number is found, a lead is created.
When a number is detected, a keyword matches or a customer asks for an agent, an action fires automatically — a Telegram alert, a CRM lead, a Bitrix24 record.
One word in any conversation silences the bot, or switches it off entirely for that thread so you can take the conversation over.
Tap a heading — that capability opens beside it, mid-work.
An Instagram DM, a WhatsApp message, a Telegram question — arriving together and answered from the same panel. Each conversation shows who owns it, whether it has been read, and whether the bot is active in it.
Four channels, one inbox
All of it takes a few seconds. The steps below repeat for every message.
The answer is built from the content you uploaded, not from general internet knowledge: website pages, PDF documents, the product catalogue, your FAQ and past conversations. If nothing relevant is found, the bot keeps the conversation going politely instead of making something up, and hands over to an agent when it should.
Name, phone, appointment date, budget, product interest — you decide which fields to collect and the bot extracts them from the thread. Only what genuinely appears in the text is taken; relative dates like “tomorrow” are turned into an actual date.
You can switch the bot off for a whole conversation, silence it temporarily with a single word, or do nothing at all and simply watch. If a customer is abusive the bot goes quiet on its own; when they say “I want to speak to someone”, your team is notified with a link to the conversation.
The line is clear: you set the rules, the system does the work that repeats.

In the demo we have the bot talk from your own content — not from a prepared script.
