There are thousands of numbers in your database. How many get called each month?

The answer is usually the same: a few hundred. The rest go stale. Vexvon works that list to the end — many at once, without tiring, writing down the outcome of every conversation.

The problem

People say they're short of leads. In fact the leads they have go unworked.

The list is long, the team is small

Two people make 80 calls a day. Finishing a 6,000-number database would take three months — and by then half the list has gone cold.

The best leads are at the back of the queue

Calls go in list order, not in order of interest. Someone ready to buy sometimes never gets called at all.

The outcome is never written down

“Not interested”, they say — but why they weren't is recorded nowhere. The next campaign starts from zero all over again.

How it works

Six steps from filter to result

Setting a campaign up takes a few minutes.

  1. 01You choose the audienceYou write conditions in the CRM: status, tag, source, “no contact for 30 days”. Or you simply upload an Excel list.
  2. 02You see how many people that isBefore the calls start, the system shows how many customers match the filter and how many have no number.
  3. 03You set the scriptWhat the agent says, which questions it asks, what data it takes out of the call — all of it is written into the script.
  4. 04The calls beginThe list is queued and the agent dials the numbers one by one. You set how many run in parallel and the daily limit.
  5. 05The outcome is written downAfter every call, the transcript, the summary and the extracted data land on the customer card.
  6. 06A sales-ready listYour team filters the interested customers out of thousands of results and gets to work.
The mechanics

Three things that make a campaign controllable

The list isn't fixed — it's live

You define the audience as a condition rather than a file: “status = interested”, “source = Instagram”, “no contact for 45 days”. When the campaign starts, the list is recalculated, so it is always current. Records with no number are shown separately — the campaign never runs for nothing.

  • A preview first“How many will this reach?” is answered before any call goes out
  • Excel works tooIf you'd rather not build a filter, upload a ready list

The agent knows what to say from the script

Each campaign gets its own script: how the conversation runs, the agent's voice and language, and the fields to take from the call — budget, dates, product interest. When it needs to, the agent can query your system for live data, or transfer the call to a person.

  • One shared knowledge baseWhat you uploaded for the chatbot works on calls too
  • The fields are yoursYou decide what data is extracted from a call

You keep control at every moment

You can pause a campaign and resume it, or cancel it altogether. Daily limits, parallel call counts and working-hour rules decide when and how fast the calls go out; you can also rotate between several outbound numbers.

  • Working hours respectedNo calls go out outside the hours you set
  • Pause and resumeA campaign can be stopped mid-run and picked up later
Multi-step campaigns

Scenarios that are more than one call

You build the campaign step by step: which action happens, when, and under what condition.

  1. 01CallThe campaign calls the chosen number and talks through the script.
  2. 02WaitIt waits the interval you set before the next step — an hour, a day, a week.
  3. 03Check a condition“Did they answer?”, “were they interested?” — the campaign branches two ways on the result.
  4. 04Send a WhatsApp messageAnyone who missed the call gets an approved template on WhatsApp; if a conversation opens, AI carries it on.
  5. 05Add a tagThe customer is marked according to the outcome and counted automatically in future segments.
  6. 06FinishThe scenario ends and the result is written to the customer card and the campaign report.
What it's used for

The campaigns that pay off most

The mechanism is the same every time — only the filter and the script change.

  • Reactivating a dormant customer base
  • Calling back people who asked the price and never decided
  • First contact with numbers collected on social channels
  • Payment and contract reminders
  • Appointment and booking confirmations
  • Announcing campaigns and discounts
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Calling people who abandoned an order
