DMs answered 24/7
The bot answers from your knowledge base: price, size, stock, delivery, opening hours. Whichever language the customer writes in, the reply comes back in that language.
Hundreds of “how much?” comments under a reel, DMs at two in the morning, story replies nobody got to. Vexvon handles all of it — knowing your prices, your products and your rules.
messages sent to business accounts on Instagram every day — Meta's own figure
answering hours: nights, weekends and public holidays make no difference
messages arriving back to back are gathered for this long and answered once, in full
later, a customer who went quiet gets an automatic follow-up — in the morning, never in the middle of the night
Connect it once, and every DM, comment and story reply is picked up automatically from then on.
The bot answers from your knowledge base: price, size, stock, delivery, opening hours. Whichever language the customer writes in, the reply comes back in that language.
The question under the reel gets a public answer, while anything sensitive goes by direct message. Your prices are not on display to everyone in the comments.
The customer sends a product photo, one of your stories or a voice note — the bot sees what was sent and answers accordingly.
When a number appears in the thread it is recognised automatically, the customer is written to the CRM as a lead, and your sales manager gets a Telegram alert.
Four mechanisms — each one the answer to a real complaint.
“Hi” · “how much is this?” · “do you have my size?” — that is how people write. A bot that answers each one separately turns the thread into a conversation with a machine. Vexvon collects the messages for a few seconds, reads them together and sends a single, complete reply.
When Vexvon prepares a reply it reads the post itself, so it knows which reel is being discussed. It then checks whether the answer is sensitive: for a price, a personal detail or order information, a short reply goes under the comment and the full answer reaches the customer by DM.
The customer sends a photo from your catalogue, a screenshot of your story or a reel. Vexvon reads the image, pulls out any text on it and matches it against your product catalogue. When the match is strong, the answer comes straight from that product's data: model, price, sizes.
However the number is written inside the message — “wp0551234567”, “+994 55 …”, spaced out — it is recognised. Your own company numbers are never counted as leads. If you want, AI runs one more check: is this genuine buying interest or an unrelated message? Only qualified leads reach the sales team.
An action is work the bot carries out on your behalf; a trigger is the event that starts the scenario.
Write a reply into the customer's Instagram Direct inbox.
Answer openly under a post or a reel.
Send the sensitive part privately instead of in the comments.
The customer's audio is transcribed and answered.
The answer can go back as an audio message rather than text.
Incoming media is read and its content folded into the reply.
A phrase you define gets its prepared answer immediately.
A customer who went quiet is written to again six hours later.
When a number is found, a lead is created and the team notified.
When a customer asks for a person, your team is told.
Fires when someone writes through Instagram Direct.
Fires as soon as a new comment appears under your post.
Fires when a user replies to one of your stories.
When a customer writes from an ad, that context is recognised.
Fires the moment a phone number appears in the thread.
The scenario starts when a word you define appears in a message.
Three daily problems for businesses that sell through Instagram.
01
All 500 comments get an answer: the public part in the thread, the price in DMs. Your team only works the leads that are ready.
02
“Does this model come in black?” — the bot checks stock, size and price in your catalogue instead of inventing an answer.
03
A question-and-answer base is built from your past Instagram threads, so the bot speaks in your own words from day one.
Every channel works on its own, but connect a few and all the messages collect in a single inbox.
During the demo we show it on an example from your own account. Tell us briefly about your company — our AI Call Center agent will call you personally in a few moments and answer every question you have.
