Our story
The problem was right in front of us
Vexvon grew out of a very specific problem Azerbaijani businesses had with customer communication: messages were scattered across WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone and got lost, replies were slow, and the customer did not wait — they wrote to a competitor. The worst part was that a lost customer left no trace at all.
To change that, we built a system that brings every channel into one place, answers on its own and records the outcome of every conversation. Then we added phone calls — because we kept seeing conversations that started as messages end on the phone.
Today Vexvon helps local businesses — from clinics to e-commerce stores, from beauty centres to real-estate agencies — handle thousands of customer enquiries automatically, every day.
