AI Call Center

Every missed call is a customer walking away

The line is busy, it's gone six, or three people call at once. Vexvon takes all of them: it talks, answers the question, writes the details down and transfers to a live agent when it needs to.

At the other end of the phone there is always an answer

24/7

calls answered — nights, weekends and public holidays make no difference

Every call

produces a transcript, a one-sentence summary and the customer data extracted

5000

numbers in a bulk campaign — drawn from a CRM filter

8

different AI voices — pick the one that suits your brand

What it does

A phone agent that never tires and never goes off shift

It talks naturally

It hears the question, answers it and stays on topic. You write the script — the agent speaks freely inside it.

Many calls at once

When five people call at the same time, nobody gets an engaged tone. The number of parallel calls is set per account.

In the customer's language

Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish — the language of the call is set in the script.

Answers from your knowledge

The agent speaks from the same knowledge base as the chatbot. What you write once works in chat and on calls alike.

Transfer to an agent

When a question gets difficult, or the customer insists, the call moves to a live member of staff.

Transcript and outcome

The text of every call, the recording and the data extracted land in the panel — nobody spends time listening back.

Infrastructure

You don't change your number

Vexvon runs on top of your existing phone infrastructure: a SIP trunk, an IP PBX or a carrier line. AzInTelecom, Twilio and in-house PBX connections are supported; the line's registration status is visible live in the panel, so a dropped connection is known immediately.

The number your customers know stays the same. The only thing that changes is that someone always picks up now — and whoever picks up writes down what was said.

Call flow

From the call arriving to the outcome landing

The path from the customer picking up the phone to a lead appearing in the CRM.

  1. 01The call comes inA call reaching the line is routed to the AI agent by the rule you set.
  2. 02The agent answersThe conversation opens with the greeting in your script — no hold music.
  3. 03What they want is understoodA question, an order, a complaint, a booking — the direction of the conversation is established.
  4. 04The answer comes from the knowledge basePrices, terms, address, opening hours — the agent speaks from prepared content and does not invent.
  5. 05Details are collectedThe name, number, date and the fields you defined are written down during the call.
  6. 06To an agent, if neededThe conversation is transferred to a live member of staff, or a call-back is scheduled.
  7. 07The outcome reaches the CRMThe transcript, the summary and the extracted data are written to the customer card.
Two directions

It answers calls and makes them

Inbound calls

  • Answers customer questions
  • Talks about products, prices and terms
  • Books appointments and reservations
  • Collects numbers and other details
  • Routes correctly according to the hour
  • Transfers to a live agent when needed

Outbound calls

  • First contact and follow-up with leads
  • Bulk calling campaigns from a CRM filter
  • Payment and appointment reminders
  • Booking confirmations
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Reactivating a dormant customer base
Routing

Which call goes where you write the rule

Schedules and rules

Have the AI agent take calls during working hours, a different script run after 19:00, and calls to one specific number go straight to sales. Rules work by priority — if the one above matches, that is the one that applies.

  • Split by numberEvery DID number can be tied to its own script
  • Hours and holidaysThe schedule decides when a rule applies

Test before you go live

“Where would a call at 14:00 on a Sunday end up?” — you simulate the answer instead of guessing it. The rule set is checked before it reaches production, so you find the misrouting rather than your customer.

  • A clean switch-overThe configuration is not tested on real calls
  • Live line statusThe SIP trunk's registration is visible in the panel

The agent's own tools

During a call the agent does more than talk: it can query your system for an order status, transfer the call to another number, search the knowledge base, or end the conversation politely. Which tools it is allowed is set by you in the script.

  • Connect your own APILive data is fetched inside the call
  • Call transferThe conversation moves to a live agent or another department
AI and the team

The agent does the work, a person makes the decision

An agent can take a call over at any moment. In complex cases the AI transfers it itself — it never leaves the customer with “call us back”.

The work continues after the call ends: the text of the conversation, the recording and the structured data extracted are written to the customer card. Instead of listening back to a 12-minute call, the manager reads a one-sentence summary and gets on with it.

Scenarios

Not one agent, but a separate script for every purpose

Every script has its own conversation rules, its permitted tools and the fields to take from the call.

  • Sales call
  • Customer support
  • Frequently asked questions
  • Bookings and appointments
  • Lead qualification
  • Payment reminder
  • Campaign announcement
  • Satisfaction survey

Setup

Six steps to a live call

We handle the technical side — all we need from you is your content and one decision.

  1. 01Working out what's neededWhich calls get automated and where an agent is required — we decide that together.
  2. 02Connecting the lineThe SIP trunk or PBX is connected, numbers are activated and registration is verified.
  3. 03Knowledge and scriptYour company content goes into the knowledge base, and the script and the agent's voice are chosen.
  4. 04Building the routingRules by hours, number and destination are written and checked with a simulation.
  5. 05Pilot callsA limited volume of live calls is run, the transcripts are read and the script is refined.
  6. 06Full launchThe agent handles the whole flow; results and costs are tracked in the panel.
