What is Vexvon?

Vexvon is an Azerbaijan-based artificial intelligence platform. It does two jobs: it messages your customers (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok and your website) and it talks on the phone (answering incoming calls and calling through a list itself). The results from both sides land in the same panel and the same CRM.

Which channels does it work on?

Phone calls, Instagram (DMs, comments, story replies), WhatsApp (Business API or your own number by QR), Telegram, Facebook Messenger and page comments, TikTok (DMs and comments) and the chat window on your website. All of it is run from a single inbox.

Question 3

Does it speak and write Azerbaijani?

Yes. Azerbaijani is fully supported. The bot works out which language the customer wrote in and replies in that language — Russian, English, Turkish and others included. If you want, you can also restrict which languages the bot will answer in.

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Any business taking tens or hundreds of enquiries a day: e-commerce, clinics and beauty centres, real estate, training courses, banking and insurance, restaurants and services. If most enquiries are repeat questions, the gain shows up immediately.

How is the price calculated?

The price depends on which modules you use (messaging, calls), your call volume and the number of channels. In the demo we put together a concrete quote for your actual volume.

How is the bot trained?

Accepted Answer

From four sources: your website pages are read automatically, your PDF documents are uploaded, your product catalogue is added (with prices, stock, size and colour variants) and your frequently asked questions are entered. If you sell through Instagram, a question-and-answer base can also be built from your past threads.

Can the bot make things up?

Accepted Answer

The answer is built from the content you uploaded, not from general internet knowledge. If nothing relevant is found, the bot politely keeps the conversation going or hands over to an agent instead of inventing something. Every reply records which piece of knowledge it used — so “where did it get that?” has an answer.

Does it understand voice notes and images?

Yes. A voice note is transcribed and answered; on Instagram the reply can be sent as audio too. An image is read, any text on it is extracted and it is matched against your product catalogue — so when a customer sends a photo of a product, the bot can recognise it. On Instagram, reel and story content is taken into account as well.

Can the bot pull data from our own system?

Yes. You can connect your own API. When a customer asks “where is my order?”, the bot fetches the answer live from your system rather than reciting prepared text. It works out on its own which system to ask for which question.

Does the bot need retraining when content changes?

Accepted Answer

No. You update the text or the price in the knowledge base — and the bot speaks with the new content from that moment. Contexts can also be switched off temporarily instead of deleted.

Where do the leads end up?

Accepted Answer

In two places. Every lead, conversation and call outcome collects in the CRM inside the web panel. On top of that, a sales manager can work leads from Telegram: the alert arrives, one button claims the lead, they log the call result and set a reminder. Every action taken in Telegram is written to the CRM in the panel that same second.

How is a number recognised?

However the number is written inside the message — in international format, with spaces, with a prefix like “wp” — it is recognised. Your own company numbers are never counted as leads. If you want, you can turn on an extra filter: AI checks whether this is genuine buying interest or an unrelated message, and only quality leads are created.

What happens if the same customer writes twice?

If the number has been in before, the system recognises it as a duplicate and links it to the old record. The manager sees all of that customer's previous enquiries on one history.

How are leads split between managers?

Accepted Answer

You pick one of four modes: manual, round-robin, by channel, or by a manager's current load. Who each lead went to and when it was worked is recorded.

Can we import our existing customer base?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is a bulk customer import by CSV file — name, phone, email. During the upload, duplicates are checked by phone number.

Can we keep our existing phone number?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Vexvon runs on top of your existing SIP trunk, IP PBX or carrier line. The number your customers know stays the same; the only thing that changes is who picks up.

What is recorded during a call?

Accepted Answer

The text of the conversation (the transcript), the recording, a one-sentence summary and the fields you defined in the script — name, date, product interest and so on. All of it is written to the customer card, so nobody has to listen back to a 10-minute call.

Can we run a bulk campaign on a cold database?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You build a filter in the CRM (“no contact for 7 days”, “status = new lead”), the system shows in advance how many people that reaches, and then the calls start. A campaign can hold up to 5,000 numbers, and it can be paused and resumed at any moment.

Does the customer realise they're talking to AI?

Accepted Answer

The agent introduces itself as a representative of your company and does not hide that it is AI when asked. You set the introduction text and how it is delivered in the script.

How does human oversight work?

Accepted Answer

You watch conversations live in the panel. Type the stop word you defined into a thread and the bot goes quiet for a while; you can also switch the bot off entirely for that conversation. If you write from Instagram directly yourself, the system recognises it as a staff message and the bot stays out of it. And when a customer asks for an agent, your team is notified with a link to the thread.

Is technical knowledge required?

No. Connecting the channels, building the knowledge base and writing the scripts are all done by us. All we need from you is the material you already have and one-off permission on your accounts.

What happens outside working hours?

Accepted Answer

You set your schedule. The bot answers 24/7, but if — for example — a customer shares their number outside working hours, they get the message you wrote, along the lines of “we'll be in touch at 09:00 tomorrow”.

What if the customer doesn't reply?

Accepted Answer

If the bot works out that the conversation is waiting on a reply, it sends an automatic follow-up after a while. A reminder that would fall at night is moved to the morning. If the customer gives their number in the meantime, the reminder is cancelled.

Can we run several accounts or brands from one place?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One company can connect several channel accounts, and each account can have its own tone and settings. For agencies and multi-brand structures there is a parent-child company model.

Question 25

How is my customer data protected?

Accepted Answer

Data is used only to run the service for you and is never sold to third parties. Transfer goes over an encrypted channel, your data is kept separate from other customers' accounts, and access rights are managed per user. The Data security page explains it in full.

Question 26

Does the Instagram and WhatsApp integration harm my account?

Accepted Answer

No. Instagram and Facebook connect through the official Meta Business API, and WhatsApp has an official Business API of its own. For small businesses there is also the option of connecting your own number by QR — we work out together which suits you.

Question 27

What happens to the data if we stop working together?

Accepted Answer

You export your data, and it is then deleted from the system within the agreed period — with written confirmation of the deletion.
